Quality Control Unit
Quality control means the development, design, production and delivery of high quality, economical and easy to use services and products that bring about the permanent satisfaction of the consumer. The most important task in quality control is to form quality circles between the other units of the flour company.
According to the strategy of the company, the responsibilities of QC unit include the control of input raw materials of the factory (wheat, bag, yarn, chlorine, premixes, different poisons and pesticides, etc.), and the incoming wheat and the continuous stages in flour production.
In quality control of the flour the intrinsic properties of the incoming wheat will be studied according to the facilities available, which is then transferred to the production stage after verifying by this unit. The product (types of flour and bran) also will be checked according to the physical, chemical, and biological tests in order to solve the problems that may occur during production.
This unit validates the production of a healthy product by strict health controls in order to prevent the entry of any secondary pollutions to products, the accuracy and sensitivity of the type of raw materials and also to prevent the entry of contaminated raw materials at all stages of the production.
